Gods of Water
Artist Kuang Yi Ku collaborates with climate change experts to carry out a study on water-related disasters, including rising sea level, flood, torrential rain, etc. Building on the foundation of scientific knowledge, they try to imagine the future form of floods, and combine the practice of technology art, speculative design, and the “Shared Socioeconomic Pathway” (SSP) proposed by the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) to explore the interweaving relations between human spirituality and cutting-edge climate technologies in the face of catastrophes.
